We are looking for a F&B Reservations Agent based at Island Shangri-La Hong Kong!

As a F&B Reservations Agent, we rely on you to:

• Responsible for the booking process for restaurants

• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, meet the expectation and resolve the issues promptly

• Work closely with F&B Team to coordinate special events / festival / promotions

• Maintain and optimize the reservations management system for efficiency and accuracy

• Monitor service standards and streamline processes to enhance the guest experience

• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Supervisor

• Update and maintain Food & Beverage department database, and customer’s profiles

 

We are looking for someone who has:

• Higher Diploma or above in Tourism / Hotel Management or related disciplines

• Minimum of 1 years relevant work experience in Hotel industry

• Independent and self-motivated with strong customer services skills

• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

• A flexible candidate that will be assigned to work on shift (weekdays/weekends)
