• 解答其他政府部門及公眾的查詢及投訴

• 將服務要求轉介至相關單位作出跟進

• 進行客戶滿意度電話調查

• 根據指示履行其他職責

職位要求

• 高級文憑同等或以上學歷

• 工作經驗及行業不限

• 守時禮貌，有責任心，有團隊精神，良好溝通技巧

• 能夠獨立工作並承受壓力，具有良好的邏輯思考

• 熟悉電腦軟體操作，包括Microsoft Word 及Microsoft Excel，中文輸入法

關於工作

• 有薪年假12日

• 輪班工作(包括星期六、日及公眾假期)

• 每星期45小時工作

• 工作時間 (0800-1700或0900-1800或1430-2330或2315-0815)
