Responsibilities:

• 負責屋苑日常維修及保養工作

• 確保屋苑各項設施與設備安全及正常運作

• 迅速支援並處理屋苑緊急需求

• 執行上司指派之其他工(With Transport Allowance $30 per day)

Requirements :

• No requirement on academic qualification

• 3 years of experience required

• Fluent Cantonese

• Able to read & write simple Chinese

• Green Card; Electricity Licence A

Employment Terms:

• $25,000 - $28,000 per month, with Overtime Time-off in lieu

• Good Attendance Bonus $1500 per month

• Annual Leave 9 days

• Birthday Leave

• Discretionary Bonus and Meal Allowance $65 per day

• 9:00AM-6:00PM

• 6 working days per week, shift holiday

• 9 working hours per day
