They are currently open to fresh graduates for an Assistant role in the Licensing team.

Description

As an Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing comprehensive administrative support to the department.
• Helping the team with research and analysis on the digital music market
• Handling enquires from partnerships
• Assisting the team to follow up on current business development leads on the system to ensure information is correct

Profile

A successful Assistant should have:

• Higher education in business administration or relevant
• Strong organisation skills, ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident with IT - MS Office and also learning new systems
• Personality wise- must have a positive, energetic background as you will be meeting with clients
• Candidates who are immediate or have short notice will have an advantage
