Reporting to Team Leader, the Operations Officer position is responsible for daily operations and provide support to clients’ enquiries.


Responsibilities:

• Provide quality services in a professional manner and in accordance with all group standards

• Conduct processing review and documents verification

• Collaborate with the other teams and provide support to clients’ enquiries

• Provide feedback and handle complaints to maintain service quality standard

• Handle internal enquiries and collaborate with internal departments

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Non-degree tertiary education, associate degree holder or equivalent in Business Administration, Business Management or equivalent

• 1 year internship experience, and good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese

• Positive attitude and strong desire to deliver exceptional results with great attention to accuracy and detail

• Good team player with good communication skills and strong sense of responsibilities
