Incident Management

·         Respond to and log IT support requests from end-users via phone, email, or ticketing system.

·         Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues for users in a timely manner.

·         Escalate more complex technical issues to senior support staff or specialized teams.

·         Follow up with users to ensure that issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

System and Network Support

·         Assist in setting up, configuring, and maintaining computers, printers, and other IT equipment for end-users.

·         Ensure that the company’s systems, software, and network infrastructure are properly maintained and functioning.

·         Monitor and assist with troubleshooting network connectivity issues.

·         Assist with software installation, updates, and configurations for end-users.
