Our client, an experienced investor relations advisor that specializes is now looking for a high-caliber candidate for the following position:

Investor Relations Account Executive

Job Description:

• Understand clients’ requirements and long-term goals to develop respective investor relations and public relations strategies.

• Prepare relevant communication materials including roadshow and corporate presentations, factsheets, mock QA, press releases, interim and annual reports and website content.

• Research into clients’ financial results, business and operational performance, as well as competitive advantages over peers

• Analyse shareholding structure and major institutional shareholders’ movement, identify and source potential institutional investors and/or analyst coverage opportunities, conduct investor/analyst outreach, and arrange roadshows that could ultimately improve clients’ shareholder structure and liquidity

• Facilitate and arrange investor conferences, media interviews, press conferences and other events.

• Collect investor/analyst feedback and develop reports following roadshows.

• Cultivate relationships with existing clients and establish strong network with investors and media.

• Participate in ad hoc projects when necessary.

Requirements:

• Degree holder, major in accounting/finance, business administrations, economics, journalism, communications or other related disciplines. Experiences in financial markets, digital media and financial PR background prevails.

• At least 1 year of relevant work experiences is preferred.

• High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and other Microsoft application

• Logical, innovative and self-motivated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to handle projects and solve problems independently and work under pressure.
