Key Responsibilities:

• Innovative Marketing Development: Create, implement, and oversee high-impact marketing programs that engage clients through unique and inspiring initiatives.
• Campaign Execution: Drive marketing efforts across multiple countries and segments, maximizing overall program effectiveness.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Use diverse data sources to refine and enhance programs in real-time for optimal results.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with international teams-including Communications, Events, and other client-facing departments-to ensure the effective activation of marketing programs.
• Compliance and Reporting: Capture and assess the results of marketing initiatives, manage approvals, and ensure adherence to regulations within a complex marketing landscape.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the region.
• Global Alignment: Coordinate with global marketing counterparts to leverage shared activities and strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 10 years in integrated marketing within a top-tier multinational financial institution or securities firm.
• Education: Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
• Executive Presence: Exceptional executive presence and communication skills in English, essential for a regional role.
• B2B Marketing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of branding, messaging, advertising, digital marketing, and events within the global banking sector.
• Budget Management: Proven ability to plan and oversee budgets while aligning efforts with business stakeholders and communication leads throughout key markets in Asia Pacific.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders across varying levels.
• Collaborative Operation: Experience in a high-functioning, matrixed organization, with the capability to build consensus and comply with global standards.

Critical Competencies:

• Digital Marketing Proficiency: Expertise in delivering marketing activities with a strong focus on digital platforms, including ongoing tracking and performance analysis.
• End-to-End Marketing Knowledge: Understanding the entire marketing process and the ability to take ownership of tasks necessary for execution.
• Content Creation Experience: Proven track record in delivering content-driven marketing across various formats, including video and online media.

Desired Skills:

• Geographical Expertise: Experience working across diverse markets, with a keen understanding of the regulatory and cultural differences within the Asia Pacific financial landscape.
• Schedule Flexibility: Ability to participate in occasional evening calls to align with US morning schedules, potentially 2-3 nights a week for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
