Operations General Manager - Home-based Community Care Service for the Elderly

(Ref: EHCCS/OGM/JDB)

Responsibilities:

• Providing leadership, guidance as well as overseeing the strategic planning, service development and operational requirements for the home-based community care service

• Coordinate and develop innovative services to meet the changing needs of service users and caregivers

• Ensuring the provision of quality service in alignment with Haven of Hope Christian Service’s Vision, Mission and Core Values

Requirements:

• Degree or above in nursing, social work or allied health related professional fields are preferred with at least 8 years or above in management position

• Strong in interpersonal and people management skills for interactions with diverse clientele and staff mix of different interests

• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of elders and challenges in a growing organization

• Good team player with abilities to drive new projects and initiatives

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
