Responsibilities:

• Execute thematic design directions by translating trends into commercial product concepts aligned with brand strategy 

• Develop complete sets of product design drawings and sketches, prepare production-ready specifications, and oversee prototyping with suppliers 

• Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot material, construction, and quality challenges 

• Research international market trends and competitor offerings to inform design innovation 

• Ensure product integrity by monitoring samples against brand standards for materials and finishes 

• Support cross-functional teams with product knowledge for marketing and sales initiatives 

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Jewellery Design, Product Design, or related field 

• 5 years or above experience in fine/ high-end jewellery with a strong portfolio across categories; luxury brand experience preferred. 

• Independent, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and responsible. 

• Expertise in hand sketching and rendering; Proficiency in CAD software (3Design is preferred) and Adobe Creative Suite 

• Strong understanding of material properties and manufacturing processes 

• Passionate about jewellery, art and design, with a global vision and a keen aesthetic and creative sense. 

• Possess strong teamwork/ and communication skills along with stress management abilities. 

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) 

• Occasional day trips to factories and offices in Mainland China
