We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Analyst Programmer to join our Workplace Support team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our end-user computing environment through effective procurement, asset management, and vendor coordination. The successful candidate will be a key player in managing our IT assets, controlling costs, and supporting strategic initiatives to enhance the efficiency of our IT services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage PC hardware inventory and software license management.
• Handle IT procurement, tendering, and contract renewals.
• Support system manager with budget preparation and IT audits.
• Coordinate with vendors and fulfill daily hardware/software requests.

Requirements:

• Degree in  Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1 year in Procurement experience.
• Strong experience in License Management, Procurement, Contract Management, IT Audit, Budgeting, and PC Inventory Control.
• Knowledgeable on MS Licenses management, hardware & software asset management, and budget preparation.
