Responsibilities:

• Keep abreast with up-to-date regulations and procedures implementation, business control and project management of Private Banking Department

• Innovate, develop and revisit new and existing Private Banking and Cross-Border products to grow business and implement across the Bank’s digital and related operation platforms

• Prepare business analytics on product metrics to monitor business performance and recommend strategies to drive business growth through enhancing the Bank’s Private Banking and Cross-Border product & services

• Ensure the consistency of product compliance meeting latest regulatory requirements and industry practices

• Plan and manage the Operating performance of the Department to achieve pre-defined financial and non-financial objectives, so as to support strategic and operating objectives of the Bank

Requirements:

• University graduate, preferably major in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Economics

• Candidate with CPWP license is preferable

• Minimum 5 years' solid experience in product development

• Experience is required in developing private banking and cross-border banking products will be an advantage

• Well-planned, mature with excellent management skills

• Familiar with relevant private banking and cross-border rule and regulatory guidelines stipulated by concerned Authorities

• Familiar with banking operations and related policies, legal and regulatory requirements

• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and proficient in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
