Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries in a professional manner over the phone (enquires related to medical/ life insurance)

• Maintain good relationship with customer

• Maintain high-level service standards 

• Welcome call centre background, hotline officer, general banking officer, teller and phone banking officer

• Experienced insurance/bank call centre candidate with IIQE could offer up to 32K 

• Location: San Po Kong/Taikoo Shing
   

Requirements:

• Degree Holder OR passed in 5 subjects in HKCEE/HKAL/HKDSE Holder

• Passed in IIQE Paper 1 and 2 is an advantage 

• At least 1 year call centre experience in bank/insurance/finance firm 

• Good PC skills, including MS Word, Excel

• Proficient in spoken Chinese, Mandarin and English
