What you’ll do

• To comply with the company and client Health & Safety policies and drive a safe place to work environment.

• To operate a Permit to Work System in accordance with ISS procedures and client requirements(or approved client system).

• To ensure comprehensive PPM schedule is carried out for all electrical and mechanical assets in accordance with ISS and client processes and asset lists.

• To ensure that reactive tasks throughout the buildings are completed and be proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made. These reactive calls to also include concessionary stores and fabric related items.

• To supervise and monitor of sub-contractors works whilst they are on site undertaking maintenance, in and out of hours.

• To ensure Computer Based Maintenance system, e.g. Tririga, is kept up to date and that PPM and remedial tickets are closed out with accurate data captured.

• Any other task as directed by the Regional and Hong Kong management team.

Key qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or Facilities Management or equivalent.

• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferred within FM or Workplace in a Banking or Professional Services environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain relationships to work with people from all levels.

• Registered Electrical Worker Grade B

• IOSH or NEBOSH will be preferred.
