• Provide overall leadership and direction with complete P&L responsibility.
• Oversee end-to-end operations across multiple locations, supported by a large frontline and corporate team.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across operations, finance, HR, compliance, supply chain, marketing, merchandising, and commercial strategy.
• Identify and execute new business opportunities, including category expansion, leveraging strong commercial acumen.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, partners, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and enable growth.
• Monitor market trends and consumer insights to adapt strategies and maintain competitiveness.

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record in leading large-scale consumer or retail operations.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and deliver growth opportunities.
• Deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in food & beverage is advantageous but not essential; willingness to develop this area is key.
• Background in multinational environments with exposure to matrix structures.
• Hands-on, approachable leadership style with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• High awareness of emerging trends and regulatory developments impacting the consumer sector.
