Job Description:

• Assist in providing full spectrum of secretarial support including but not limited to manage Top Management's schedule, handle correspondence, telephone calls, arrange appointments and wide range of administrative activities

• Assist in coordination with external and internal parties, such as various departments, offices, clients, suppliers and other staff

• Organize, maintain and update office files and records

• Handle ad hoc assignments or projects as required

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above

• 1 year or above prior work experiences in secretarial and administrative field 

• Fresh graduates with previous internship experience will be also considered

• Excellent in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin

• Strong in communication and organizing skills

• Hard working, proactive, diligent and presentable

• Good PC knowledge, strong in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing (min. 30 w.p.m.)

• Alt Sat off
