Jobs Duty:

• Handle clients’ enquiries and provide extraordinary services face-to-face or via telephone/email

• Work closely with KYC team and Funding team in the client on-boarding, PI, fund in/out, SI/physical stocks deposit and withdrawal, refund, etc. in compliant with relevant rules and regulations

• Work closely with different Business departments and provide support, such as corporate/institution/PI clients account opening, deposit/withdrawal, etc.

• Recommends and implement enhancements to improve effectiveness and efficiency of services and systems

• Participate in ad hoc assignments or testing jobs as required

Requirement:

• Degree holder /Higher Diploma or above

• 3 years or above relevant experience in client services/sales support, preferably in the fields of finance, title would adjust based on the relevant experience

• Representative License under SFC for Type 1 and 2 regulated activities is a must

• A good team player with excellent communication skill and proactive attitude

• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Proficiency in MS Office, English & Chinese Word Processing
