Head of Finance

We are currently assisting a well-known property developer in their search for a talented Head of Finance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join their growing team and actively contribute to the company's financial operations and strategic direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 20+ finance professionals across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Treasury, and related functions.
• Take a hands-on approach to daily financial operations while driving efficiency, accuracy, and transparency across all workflows.
• Partner with the CFO and CEO to shape financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives, including investment decisions, growth initiatives, and risk management.
• Drive financial planning and analysis (FP&A), delivering actionable insights through forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Oversee financial systems and process improvements, ensuring robust internal controls and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the company secretarial functions to ensure governance and statutory requirements are met.
• Champion data-driven decision-making by leveraging financial systems and tools for reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop large finance teams, with a focus on process optimization and system enhancements.
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools (e.g., ERP systems, BI dashboards).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
