Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for execution of primarily capital markets and advisory transactions, including merger and acquisitions, , follow-on offerings, convertible bonds and Takeovers Code related transactions and capital raising exercises
• Participate and contribute to the strategic planning for various business units
• Liaise with internal and external counterparties including domestic enterprises, listed companies, international banks and corporate investment divisions
• Monitor and analyze market trends in Hong Kong, mainland China, and global markets to identify business opportunities and provide clients with professional solutions
• Build complex valuation models under several M&A engagement
• Leading cross-border pitch books preparation, assessing potential deals and conducting relevant due diligence

Requirements:

• Degree holder in banking and finance or other related disciplines
• Valid Hong Kong SFC Type 6 RO status is a must
• Eligible to advise on Codes on Takeovers-related matters in a sole capacity
• Sound knowledge of SFO, regulations, and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities(such as SFC and HKEX)
• Willingness to travel frequently for cross border project meetings
• Excellent command of English and Chinese
