We are hiring a Air Import/Export Coordinator (On-going Contract) to support our client operations, focusing on Air Import and Export coordination, customs, documentation and logistics execution. Our client is a leading global logistics provider specializing in freight forwarding, customs brokerage, warehousing, distribution, and supply chain solutions.

Working Hours & Location:

• Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00

• Hong Kong International Airport
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Process HK Customs import/export declarations accurately and efficiently.

• Prepare and verify shipping documents, reports, and records (e.g., air waybills, invoices, packing lists).

• Assist in data entry, filing, and maintaining documentation for compliance and audits.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties (e.g., freight forwarders, carriers) to ensure smooth operations.

• Perform general clerical and administrative duties as assigned by supervisors.
  

Requirements:

• HKDSE or above (Fresh graduates are welcome).

• 1+ year experience in logistics, shipping, or import/export is a plus (but not mandatory).

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Interest in logistics, Air Import/Export operations is essential.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle documentation accurately.
