Responsibilities  

• Provide support to call center operation

• Ensure operation knowledge to meet the service level 

Requirements  

• F.7/ DSE graduates or above

• Experience in call center operation or related sector preferred

• Strong communication or negotiation skill

• Hardworking and self-motivated

• Proficient in MS Office (including Word, Excel)

• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
