The Role

Step into a dynamic junior position within a fast-paced supply chain team, where you'll support end-to-end project delivery for international clients. You'll coordinate timelines, align cross-functional stakeholders, and contribute to product development initiatives that drive operational excellence and client success in a competitive global market.

Role Accountabilities

• Oversee project lifecycles from initiation to completion, including deadlines, internal alignment, and final transition to operations.
• Organize launch meetings, document discussions, track action items, and address any roadblocks promptly.
• Keep detailed records and update progress-tracking systems for full visibility.
• Bridge communication across departments to maintain project momentum and clarity.
• Assist in bid preparation, including data modelling, cost estimates, and sales collaboration.
• Help track performance metrics like delivery speed, win rates, and client feedback.
• Support senior team members based on workload, project urgency, and team bandwidth.
• Step in to cover operational duties during high-demand periods.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Project Management, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcomed
• Preferably with 1-3 years' relevant experience; for fresh graduates, prior internship, part-time exposure in merchandising, sales coordination, or global trade settings.
• Proficient in English and Cantonese (spoken and written).
