Manager, Product Integrity (Apparel & Equipment)

Overview

A global outdoor brand is seeking a Manager, Product Integrity to lead quality assurance and product performance initiatives across its apparel and equipment categories. This role offers the opportunity to drive technical excellence, mentor a regional team, and collaborate with global partners in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

A typical day will include the following:-

Product Quality Leadership

• Lead and develop a team of Technical Specialists based in Hong Kong.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, audits, and training programs.
• Collaborate with factories to uphold construction and quality standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and approve high-risk models for production.

Technical Support & Process Improvement

• Review tech packs, prototypes, and DFM for feasibility and quality.
• Define CTQ standards and manage pilot runs and TOP evaluations.
• Provide root cause analysis and solutions for quality issues.
• Maintain and update quality manuals and performance dashboards.

To succeed in this role, you will have:-

• Diploma or Degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Textiles.
• 10+ years of experience in apparel/textile manufacturing, including 3-5+ years managing technical or QA teams.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with outdoor technical garments is a plus.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel across Asia and internationally as needed.
