Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements for insurance and AI-related projects.
- Drive end-to-end SDLC activities: documentation, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with agents and internal teams to ensure smooth adoption and training.
- Support AI chatbot and customer app development, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Conduct workshops, UAT, and stakeholder communication for successful delivery.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to digital strategy.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-8 years as Business Analyst (insurance domain preferred)
- Strong understanding of SDLC, requirement gathering, and user story delivery.
- Familiarity with insurance products, POS systems, and agent workflows is a plus.
- Knowledge of AI concepts and willingness to learn emerging technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
