Job Description

The Law Society seeks applications from enthusiastic, responsible person to fill the position of Administration and Human Resources Officer in the Administration and Human Resources Section of Finance and Administration Department.

Job Duties:

  • To manage office security protocols and systems to safeguard personnel and property;
  • To handle procurement activities and manage office-related payments, ensuring compliance with internal policies;
  • To monitor vendor performance through regular reviews and feedback mechanisms, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations;
  • To supervise office assistants, providing daily guidance and ensuring smooth administrative support; 
  • To coordinate renovation and office relocation projects, including planning, vendor liaison, and execution;
  • To support the planning and execution of staff events to foster engagement and team spirit;
  • To collaborate in the production of the staff newsletter, including content coordination and distribution; and
  • To preform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Admin or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 5 years in similar capacity;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing; and
  • Immediate availability is preferable.
