About the Role
As a Rooms Controller, you will be managing the key aspects of guest room operations to ensure a smooth and personalized experience aligned with Shangri-La’s service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate guest arrivals and departures, including room assignments, check-ins, check-outs, and group bookings.
Manage reservations and room status, handling cancellations, duplicate bookings, overbookings, and out-of-order rooms.
Ensure billing accuracy and secure payments, while maintaining proper documentation and verifying guest information.
Monitor daily operations, run reports, and follow up on guest requests to ensure service excellence.
Support the team as needed, performing additional duties assigned by the Supervisor to maintain smooth front office operations.
About You
Minimum 3 years of Front Office experience, preferably in international Hotels of similar scale.
Motivated, customer-focused, and results-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Strong leadership, organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Excellent command of spoken English and Cantonese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
