• 至少 2 年系統實施、用戶培訓和支持方面的經驗
• 業務流程分析方面的實踐經驗
• 良好的英語溝通能力
• 良好的人際交往能力、表達能力和獨立工作能力

工作職責:
• 分析業務需求並設計系統工作流程
• 編寫業務需求、用戶驗收測試用例和用戶手冊以支持系統開發生命週期
• 執行系統測試以保證質量
• 準備培訓材料並進行用戶培訓
• 在用戶驗收測試、並行運行和上線測試期間為用戶提供現場支持，及時準確地溝通並解決系統問題
• 準備項目狀態報告並提交至管理層
