Responsibilities:

• Coordinate warehouse operations: Assist Warehouse Manager to provide daily support on warehouse operations, including stock rotation and organization.

• Optimize inventory management: Compile and maintain all the inventory information to be updated in system.

• Collaborate with teams: Liaise with internal and external teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.

• Analyze performance metrics: Prepare and analyze report to department head.

• Support development: Assist to develop WMS and other improvement projects to optimize the operation efficiency.

• Handle any ad hoc as assigned.

 

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.

• Strong understanding of inventory management practices and warehouse operations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with WMS.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge in quality and environment management system (e.g. ISO 9001 and 14001) is an advantage.

Working hours:

Monday-Friday: 9:00 - 18:00

Saturday: 9:00 - 12:00 (Alternative Saturday)

5.5 days per week
