Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership
• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple outlets, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
• Implement labor productivity management and retail planning strategies.
• Brand & Customer Experience
• Build and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with customers.
• Create a welcoming hospitality culture and deliver exceptional service standards.
• Business Development & Expansion
• Lead negotiations for lease renewals and new store openings.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
• Marketing & Brand Presence
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.
• Drive creative initiatives such as collaborations and events to engage customers.
• Financial & Vendor Management
• Manage budgets, P&L, and cost optimization across outlets.
• Oversee purchasing and supplier negotiations to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor a team of Area Managers, Operations Manager, and general staff.
• Foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in F&B operations and multi-outlet management.
• Strong business acumen with expertise in operations, marketing, finance, and purchasing.
• Demonstrated ability to create memorable customer experiences and build strong brand identity.
• Excellent negotiation skills and experience in lease renewals and new store development.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire and manage large teams.
