Job Summary

The incumbent will be responsible for the bookkeeping and financial duties of internal divisions, retail / wholesale business:

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Daily sales / inventory reconciliation and reporting

• Assist in preparing monthly closing of financial statements, account analysis

• Assist in performing daily Accounts Receivable and Payable functions

• Assist in stock-take and cash count

 

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting with 1-2 years of relevant experience in sizable retail/FMCG company

• Able to work 2-3 days a week

• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and ERP system. Knowledge of SAP is an advantage

• Proficient in Chinese input method & English typing

• Hardworking, detail-minded with positive working attitude and good numerical sense
