Salary: $35,000~40,000/month x 13 months

We are hiring experienced CRM Developers to join our team and start immediately! In this role, you will work on enhancing CRM systems, supporting daily operations, and integrating marketing technologies to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Your Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the Team Leader/Development Manager and Business Units to analyze, design, develop, test, and implement CRM systems.

2. Gather and understand user requirements, perform technical analysis, and create detailed specifications.

3. Manage and resolve issues affecting the daily operations of CRM systems.

4. Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth integration of upstream systems with CRM functionalities.

5. Lead and manage projects related to CRM system enhancements and marketing technology integrations.

6. Work closely with the delivery team to ensure smooth transitions from project development to ongoing support.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.

2. At least 4+ years of IT experience, with relevant CRM development and support experience (preferably in the retail industry).

3. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in: Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Web Service API, SQL, Oracle RDBMS, MySQL, Oracle PL/SQL, Redis, UNIX Shell Script, Microservice CI/CD, Kubernetes, AI Agent, Event Streaming

4. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and in a team.

5. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
