Our client is a reputable Singapore bank, who is looking an Officer to support in securities settlement operations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform and provide quality back-office processing of Equity or investment products, notes and bonds services to customers according to the SLA agreed with BUs and external service providers and follow the procedures specified in Department Operation Manual and requirements as specified by regulatory bodies

• Perform trade checking, life cycle events monitoring, corporate action and settlement related activities

• Ensure all transactions are properly authorized before processing and meet the requirements stipulated in Operation Manual and report problem to supervisor immediately

• Understand the bank policies on information protection, security control and regulatory compliance and report problem and exceptions to supervisor immediately

• Cooperate with supervisor and team members on team building to achieve the team’s goals

• Accept duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Degree holder with at least 1 years of relevant work experience in the financial/banking industry.

• Preferably with investment product knowledge or payment or corporate action related function experience.

• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
