Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of the needs of issuers and investors in the Hong Kong market and develop targeted market expansion strategies.
• Identify and establish business relationships with key issuers, investors, intermediaries, investment bankers, and underwriters in the Hong Kong market.
• Lead high-level business negotiations, drive strategic partnerships, and ensure successful transaction completion.
• Collaborate closely with internal professional teams (e.g., analysts, product development, legal, etc.) to provide customized solutions for clients.
• Act as a market/product/service expert throughout the sales cycle, offering professional advice and achieving new business and recurring revenue sales goals.
• Develop and execute an efficient client outreach plan for the Hong Kong market, including participating in and organizing industry conferences, seminars, and one-on-one executive meetings to enhance the company's brand awareness.
• Formulate, communicate, and implement strategic growth plans to ensure business expansion in the Hong Kong market aligns with the company's long-term development goals.
• Strengthen the value proposition, maintain and expand client relationships in the Hong Kong market, improve client satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.
• Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to provide the management team with the latest market trends and business recommendations for the Hong Kong market.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, or other related disciplines; relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are a plus
• More than 10 years of experience in business development within the financial industry, with prior experience in the Hong Kong market preferred
• Proven success in deep business engagement with banks, non-bank financial institutions, insurance companies, and other related issuing organizations
• Possess an extensive network of investors and broader industry contacts, with experience working with institutional clients being an advantage
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong business relationships with senior executives
• Strong business acumen and keen market insight, with the ability to quickly identify and seize business opportunities
• Familiarity with the regulatory environment and industry dynamics of the Hong Kong market
• Excellent command of English and Chinese
• Adapt to a fast-paced and growing environment
