We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive System Analyst to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing technical solutions, and ensuring smooth implementation of IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business and operation users to gather and consolidate requirements

• Analysis and translate business needs into technical solution and manage system enhancement aligned with user requirements

• Participate in IT project implementation, including monitoring project progress, coordinating resources and resolving issues that raise during the project

• Establish good cooperation relationship with vendors to ensure smooth delivery of project deliverables

• Conduct user acceptance testing and resolve issues identified during the testing.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications is needed to meet user change request

• Liaise with business units, IT teams, and vendors to ensure effective communication

• Support system upgrades and provide application training to end-users

• Manage account administration and provide IT support

Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in system analysis or similar roles

• Knowledge in MS Dynamics 365 F&O is highly preferred

• Hand-on experience in MS SQL Server and Power BI reporting

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
