Responsibilities:
 

• Assist to manage and handle leasing matters of a portfolio of retail premises
• Manage and handle all leasing liaisons and co-ordination with internal and external parties including tenant management, leasing enquiry, pre-leasing administration, new lettings, rent reviews, leasing negotiation and documentation of the leasing proposal

Requirements:

• Degree holder with 3 years' experience in retail leasing with major developers is preferred
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Leasing Officer
