As a (Senior) Marketing Manager, you will own the marketing strategy for a portfolio of iconic brands, driving growth through integrated campaigns and consumer engagement. This is a leadership role offering exposure to regional stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement annual marketing strategies to strengthen brand equity and achieve business objectives.
• Lead ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Manage A&P budgets, monitor ROI, and optimize spend for maximum impact.
• Conduct consumer research and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Drive NPD projects, from concept development to launch execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Mentor and develop junior team members to build a high-performing marketing team.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of FMCG marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in brand building and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Digital marketing knowledge and experience with Nielsen or similar tools preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken)
