About the Client:
My client, a HK large scale developer client is expanding their business in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a Senior Leasing Officer (Shopping Mall) to join their existing high-profile team. This position will manage the relationship and operation related issue with the Tenant.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Giving leasing and marketing related support of different shopping mall.
• Handling tenancy matters and related documentations.
• Assist to manage the repair and maintenance work for the tenant on layout planning, fitting out.
• Conduct market research, analyse data and compile various reports
• Budget planning and rental forecast

Candidate Profile:

• Degree qualified in Business Administration, Marketing or Surveying
• * 2+ years of experience in commercial leasing (Landlord)
• Good teamwork and lead by example
• MS Office skill
• Good presentation and liaison skill with proven English and Chinese proficiency is also essential of the role.
