Half-Time Program Worker (Ref no: 0.5PW - OTEM)

(Working Locations: Districts in Hong Kong Island, the Outlying Islands and Kwun Tong)

Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and implementation of outreach services, group activities and programs for ethnic minority individuals and families in the community and the center;

• Perform administrative duties;

• Promote services, build community connections and recruit ethnic minority individuals and families;

• Shift duty is required, including Saturdays, Sundays and evenings, with an average of 22 hours per week.

Requirements:

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above, with relevant experience in community service or program coordination is preferred;

• Proven experience in organizing activities and events;

• Proficient in computer application, including Microsoft Office;

• Proficiency in English and in a minority language such as Urdu, Hindi or Nepali;

• Ability to communicate in basic Chinese is an advantage.
