Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging retail training sessions, introducing product knowledge and exceptional service standards to teams in stores across the region.

• Craft and implement training programs tailored to the company's evolving product ranges and sales techniques.

• Monitor and assess training effectiveness, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure consistent standards and outstanding customer experience.

• Liaise with regional and corporate teams to align training strategies with overall business goals.

• Keep training materials up-to-date in line with new launches, campaigns, and best practices.

• Foster a motivating and inclusive learning environment that champions professional growth and brand values.

Key Requirements

• Degree in education, business, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in delivering retail training, ideally in the beauty, cosmetics, or retail sectors.

• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs.

• Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills; fluency in English, Cantonese required, Mandarin is an advantage.

• Collaborative, people-focused, and tech-savvy with experience using training and communications platforms.

• Positive attitude with a passion for empowering others and driving performance in dynamic retail settings.
