Responsibilities :

• Oversee full spectrum of HR functions, including talent management, training and development, staff retention, coaching and employee relations, compensation and benefits and performance management.

• Work closely with senior management in the implementation of policies related to human resources, organizational and employee development, to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.

• Develop reward management and remuneration policies and systems.

• Ensure the policies and procedures are in compliance with PRC labour law, as well as corporate direction.

• Provide support in developing people capability through talent management or training.

• Cultivate & maintain corporate culture.

• Build a professional and high-performance HR Team.

Job Requirement :

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant discipline.

• 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in managerial level within multinational or sizable corporations.

• Experience in retail industry and exposure to regional role is a must.

• Good knowledge and Strong practical experience in business partnering, recruiting, and operation management.

• Excellent presentation, interpersonal communication, problem-solving and project management skills.

• Be proactive, flexible, mature and stable with a positive attitude.

• Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese.
