About the Role

As a Head Receptionist, you will be focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring timely, courteous and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle telephone inquiries and reservations in a professional manner.

• Arrange tables and ensure smooth restaurant operation.

• Assist with menu for all meal periods and related administration work.

• Provide support to Restaurant Manager in maintaining an accurate guest record on the system.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

About You

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the Hotel or F&B Service Industry.

• Knowledge or experience in booking system.

• Customer-oriented and self-motivated team player.

• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

• Candidates with less experience would be considered as Senior Receptionist / Receptionist.
