About the Role
As a Captain, you will be focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring timely, courteous and professional service.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality service to guests and ensure their satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
Ensure smooth operation of the assigned work section and uphold restaurant standards.
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the section before and after service according to Hotel standard.
Gather guest feedback for continuous improvement of service.
Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
About You
At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Hotel or F&B Service Industry.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented and self-motivated team player.
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
