Job Responsibilities:

• Assist a smooth operation

• Ensure the highest levels of hygiene and food handling practices to deliver optimal quality of PRODUCT to guests

• Monitor all aspects of daily operations of the restaurant and control it provide exceptional dining experience to customers

• Aim at offering exceptional dining experience to customers, staff training plans to be developed and to conduct on-the-job training, product training up-selling training to the employees at all levels

• Provide friendly and quality service in our restaurant

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years managerial experience in fine dining restaurant, French Restaurant experience is preferred

• Well-presented and presents a positive, friendly image

• Strong organizational and leadership skills, problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities

• Ability to work in a team environment, create courteous, friendly and professional work environment

• Good time management skill and willingness to work flexible shifts and hours

• Must good written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese including English and Mandarin
