Join us for a culinary adventure at Odyssée where our team will amaze you with their contemporary French cuisine, refined service and carefully selected wine list. Located on the 101st floor of ICC, Odyssée is a brand new fine dining destination offering intriguing French cuisine served against the backdrop of the Victoria Harbor view.

We are looking for a motivated Sous Chef
Salary and Benefits Package

  • 26K-30K

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create a weekly menu plan that includes local and international dishes, while adhering to the food cost budget.

  • Train and supervise a team of kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene.

  • Fill in for the Head Chef when needed, leading the kitchen team and managing menu planning and execution.

  • Full understanding of menu items, recipes, ingredients, and cooking methods, presentation standard

  • Familiar with all kitchen equipment and operate properly in accordance with the safety guidelines

  • Make sure food quality and hygiene are maintained

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years’ experience as Sous Chef with highest levels of services is preferred.

  • Culinary experience in hotels or fine dining restaurants is preferred 

  • Knowledge about food portion control and food cost

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment

  • Ability to follow instructions from Operations Team and meet the Company standards and striving for perfection

  • Have passion for cuisine, team player, cheerful and good communication skills

  • Must good written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese including English and Mandarin
