The Senior HR Manager will oversee the Human Resources department, ensuring efficient HR cycle, effective talent management and compliance with government regulations. This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a leadership role within the HR department.

Description
Reporting to the Head of HR , you will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, annual C&B cycle, performance management, and employee relations, while ensuring HR compliance with employment laws and company policies. You will develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, manage compensation and benefits programs, and support budget and workforce planning. The role also involves identifying training and development opportunities to enhance employee capabilities and collaborating closely with department heads to address organizational needs. This is a leadership role for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence and positive workplace culture.
Profile
The successful candidate will hold a degree from a reputable university and bring 18 to 22 years of professional HR experience gained in government, quasi-government organizations, regulatory bodies, professional firms, universities, or leading financial institutions. You should have a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws to ensure compliance and effective policy implementation. Demonstrated leadership ability is essential, with proven experience in managing and guiding teams to achieve high performance and collaboration. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are critical for building strong relationships across all levels of the organization. Attention to detail and the ability to communicate fluently in written and spoken English are required for day-to-day operations.
