At ConnectedGroup, we are supporting a well-established non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting children and families in the search for their Executive Director.

This is a pivotal leadership role for an experienced professional with a passion for social impact - particularly supporting children, proven ability to lead large teams, and expertise in branding, marketing, communications and driving organisational transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Board of Directors to shape and deliver long-term strategies that strengthen the organisation's mission and impact, guiding the evolution of services and operating models to meet societal needs.
• Oversee financial performance, enhance operational efficiency, and leverage technology to modernise systems.
• Lead branding, communications, marketing and fundraising initiatives and build a sustainable organizational image, and donor relationships.
• Drive, instil and inspire a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration across the workforce, mentoring senior leaders and ensuring strong governance and compliance.
• Represent the organisation externally, cultivating strong partnerships with government, corporate, donor, and community stakeholders while enhancing public reputation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or above.
• 15+ years of experience - commercial sector experience preferred; non-profit exposure is not a must, but highly advantageous.
• Proven ability to engage internal and external stakeholders and communicate effectively at board level.
• Strong communicator, with experience in marketing and branding, as well as culture enhancement and transformation.
• Strong financial management skills and strategic acumen.
• Significant executive leadership experience in large-scale organisations, leading sizeable teams.
• Track record of leading collaborative transformation across the organization, including automation, process reengineering, etc.
• Strong communication in English and Chinese is a must.
