Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate air freight shipments and ensure timely delivery

• Review and verify co-loader debit notes

• Liaise with internal departments and external partners for shipment arrangements

• Maintain and update daily shipment reports

• Communicate with carriers and co-loaders regarding shipment bookings

• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to overseas agents

• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• F.5 / HKDSE or above; Diploma holders will be an advantage

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in airfreight or air cargo forwarding

• Proficient in handling export documentation accurately and efficiently

• Strong understanding of cargo booking and shipping procedures

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as assigned

• Availability to work on Saturday shifts when required

• Team-oriented with a commitment to delivering excellent service

Working Hours: 5 Days (9:00-18:00)
