Our client is a fast-growing fund services provider with a strong track record in serving hedge funds, crypto funds, private equity, and other fund types. As part of an expanding Hong Kong team, this role provides you broad exposure in the Client Services team with full spectrum of fund accounting and operations, working closely with experienced leaders and in a collaborative and supportive environment.

The Role

• Act as the primary contact for fund administration clients, delivering high-quality service and support
• Review and validate fund accounting outputs, including NAV calculations and financial reports
• Support fund launches, migrations, and regulatory reporting processes
• Coordinate with compliance and reporting teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
• Drive process improvements using fintech solutions and fund admin systems (e.g., Paxus)
• Collaborate with global supporting teams in Singapore, India, and Malaysia who handle hands-on fund accounting, transfer agency, and KYC work
• Learn the end-to-end fund accounting and operations process, with the opportunity to develop into a client services role

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA qualification is a plus
• 1-4 years of relevant experience in audit, fund accounting, or fund operations (Big 4 fund auditors and fund services candidates are welcome)
• Experience with any fund types (hedge, PE, crypto, SFC authorized funds, etc.) are welcome
• Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is preferred
• Detail-oriented, client-focused, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
