Lead Business Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end SimCorp Dimension implementation of five new OTC asset classes across Front, Middle, and Back Office functions.

• Oversee all project streams (Front Office, IBOR, ABOR, Risk & Performance, and Back Office & SWIFT), ensuring alignment of scope, dependencies, and milestones.

• Define and maintain the project plan, deliverables, timeline, and risk register in coordination with client PMO and project governance.

• Facilitate coordination between functional leads, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure cohesive delivery.

• Oversee the overall configuration, testing, and validation strategy, ensuring consistency across modules and adherence to best practices.

• Manage go-live preparation and cutover activities, ensuring readiness of systems, users, and operational processes.

• Drive risk management and issue resolution, ensuring timely escalation and mitigation of delivery challenges.

• Conduct steering committee meetings and provide regular progress updates, status reports, and decision materials to senior management.

Required Skills

• Degree holder in relevant discipline

• Over 10 years of relevant project management within asset management, investment operations, or financial systems environments.

• Proven track record of managing SimCorp Dimension or other asset management platform implementation or enhancement projects (end-to-end or major module delivery).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in English and Chinese
