What you’ll do

• Formulate and manage maintenance plans

• Provide first line maintenance

• Supervise maintenance works done by technicians and contractors

• Perform inventory management of maintenance tools and spare parts

• On duty for day race meeting and back up technician

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Key qualifications

• Certificate or above in Building Services/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years’ building services maintenance experience

• Registered Electrical Worker (Grade B) is preferred

Personal skills you excel

• Knowledge on PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems

• Strong sense of accountability, result oriented and customer focused

• Willing to work flexible hours

• Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese

• Exceptional report writing and being detail oriented is definitely an advantage
